Nuo ZHANG received his Ph.D. degree from Chiba University, Japan, in 2006. Since then he has been working as an assistant professor in the Graduate School of Information Systems in the University of Electro-Communications,  Japan. His current research interests include machine learning, pattern recognition, signal processing, image processing and neural networks. He is a member of IEEE (USA) and Research Institute of Signal Processing (Japan).
